Hummingbird Roundup at Rudeen Ranch in Power County, Idaho

16th annual High Country Hummingbird Festival in Eager, AZ

This is a unique opportunity for people to learn more about Arizona’s colorful forest hummingbirds. Sheri Williamson, one of the nation’s foremost experts on hummingbirds, will lead a capture and bird-banding event that is free and open to the public. Participants will be able to observe researchers up close as they handle, measure, and band these flying jewels. The festival takes place at the department’s Sipe White Mountain Wildlife Area located near Eager in eastern Arizona.

Sedona Hummingbird Festival, Sedona AZ

Hummingbird banding, vendors, and everything-hummingbird! This is such a wonderful event, with so many things to do and see, that it's now a biennial event to give the producers enough time to make everything wonderful.
